Being well aware of the human principles, Duc Nhan’s Human Resource Policy is strictly followed the local law as well as the international human right law and United Nations Convention on the Right of the Child.

Duc Nhan strongly refuses and does not allow the use of child labour, forced labour, discrimination in the company as well in the factories.

The labourers in Duc Nhan are encouraged to join trade unions in order to protect their rights and benefits.

The workers from Duc Nhan’s factories are not allowed to have more than 200 hours of overtime per year as the local national labor law and fully compensated for their overtime working.

Duc Nhan also commits to annually create the relaxation for the workers after a high season production by organizing the team building, picnic trip for workers.
 

ENVIRONMENTAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Deforesting is negative and badly impact on the environment. There are more and more organizations in the world cooperate for activities so that ensure our living environment to be better and better.

The material sources for Duc Nhan production is mainly from the forest and if no awareness of the forest protection, Duc Nhan will not have long term business on this source.

With such awareness, Duc Nhan commits to use the wood where explored from legally sources.

The wood used for production in Duc Nhan almost certified by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) principles for well-managed forests.

Duc Nhan is also now investing on a plantation project of Acacia in the Central of Vietnam. 

Besides, Duc Nhan is working with Vietnam Forest and Trade Network (VNTN) to become its member in coming months.

 

Also, in order to limit the wood volume in our products, the designs from Duc Nhan on the trend of limiting wood participation by mixing other materials such as plastic, stone, aluminium, stainless steel etc…
